Due to hygiene reasons, bottoms, bodysuits, bodystockings cannot be refunded or exchanged unless deemed faulty under the Australian Consumer Law so please select carefully.
All returnable items may be returned for store credit less the shipping costs.
Please note we strictly do not offer refunds for gift cards/vouchers, change of mind or incorrect selection of size. We are more than happy to offer you a store credit for up to 12 months from the item being received by our team.
Before returning your product we find most problems with products are not at fault with the toys but related to batteries, so before returning an item, please check the steps below:
- If using rechargeable batteries they may often lack the charge required so it’s best to avoid using these.
- The batteries are inserted the right way.
- Try a fresh set of heavy-duty batteries that has plenty of charges
- Any casing surrounding the batteries has not been removed.
- The battery compartment is done up tight where applicable.
- Hold the power or control button for 3-5 seconds to turn on.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
If your issue still exists please contact us and we can provide further assistance and arrange a replacement if necessary.
Please note: If a returned item is found to be in working order a 10% return service fee for the cost of return of the item to you will apply. Please check your item thoroughly before you submit a return.
Conditions for Returns:
- No returns on sale items, unless faulty.
- Returned items must be in its original condition, unworn, unused and unwashed with all original packaging and tags attached.
- No marks, stains, fake tan or perfume odour must be present on the item upon return.
- The items is not a bodysuit, bodystocking or any type of bottoms
- In some cases products will have a warranty of one year or more; in this instance, we will require a copy of your purchase receipt. Your product will be replaceable on the manufacturer’s terms and conditions of replacement.

All returns are accepted if sent back within 30 days of receiving them.
The cost of shipping is at the customers expense and is non-refundable. Items received outside this time frame will not be accepted and be returned to the customer, however if you have paid with your paypal account, Paypal can refund your return shipping costs up to $45 per return & 8 returns a year, please visit https://www.paypal.com/au/webapps/mpp/returns for more information
